Gwaii Haanas Expedition 2016

The June 2016 expedition to Gwaii Haanas was very rewarding.  With many exciting and spiritual moments  it was worth the long preparation. The opportunity to connect with a great landscape and form relationships with the fantastically artistic Haida people continues to give to me in many ways. 

Everglades Expedition 2015

Nearly a year later I explored the everglades from beginning to end a second time with my friends artist David Ward and his wife Konnie, bringing my total kms paddled in a canoe through the everglades to 430km in twelve months. David a very seasoned paddler himself was a great asset and I found it inspirational to share this special unique place with a fellow artist.  

Florida Everglade Expedition 2014

The florida everglades expedition of 2014 proved to be one of most challenging and rewarding solo expedition I have ever been on. Its a very beautiful and colourful landscape that offers rugged adventure and the testing of ones perseverance. The rewards for doing so were in my opinion, immeasurable.
